Cottonwood Creek Golf Course, previously named Chickasha Country Club, is a Private, 9 hole golf course located in Chickasha, Oklahoma, a 35 minute drive from Oklahoma City.
Chickasha Country Club first opened for play in 1915. The course was designed by Woody Kerr.
Until 1947 golfers played on sand greens, but during that year, grass greens were developed. The course hosts the Washita Valley Golf Tournament, played on the 4th of July weekend every year, it is the oldest such event in the state, and July, 2015 will mark the 87th event.
The course has a driving range, putting green, pro-shop, and 3,171 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 35. The course rating is 35.0 with a slope rating of 115.
